    Hi all, I am in us on K3. How long it takes to get EAD , my case falls in VSC. Let me clarify one thing -- my I130 is approved. As i read in this forum that if ur I130 is approved and applied for EAD / work permit, one can work with receipt of acceptance of I765, is it right or wrong?
