I contacted the Embassy and this is what that said:

We have just received your case from the National Visa Center. It usually
takes 2-3 months for the case to be reported qualified for scheduling. You

How do you know when you case entered the Us Embassy in your home country?
The NVC message says that my case was completed 2 weeks ago so I guess I should start checking out the US Embassy.
Do you know if the phone status and the internet status are being changed at the same time or separately. Checking one is enough or sometimes the phone one may be more accurate than the internet one?
Does candidate nationality has any impact on the case at this point, for example it may take...

Any guesses on my case: RD 07/22/2003 EB3-CP?
I have seen somebody getting approved with RD one day before main. DO you know if it makes any difference at this stage from which state did you apply?
I've been silent watcher on this website for over a year now.
I have to admit that the information that I have found here was always great and very accurate.
I listened to the AVS and it says that my case was certified:
RD at Oregon: 9/30/2001
DOL SF: 9/30/2003
NOF: 5/21/2003
