Hi I spoke to my lawyer and she says that concurrent filing takes more time and so not to worry about the dates. She says they are watching concurrent filing too close these days. thanks kar

Hi I had my labor cleared and my lawyer filled my I140 on February 2003 in the EB2 category. The current processing dates for the California center says 4/9/03, which concerns me as till now I have not received any decision on my case. Do you think I should talk to the lawyer about it or call...
