certified the web site is now showing "certified". 5 years and 2 months. I am not uncrossing my fingers though untill i see the paperwork from the labor dept. call me paranoid if u will.

thanks for ur input. we called again the next day and the lady at PBEC told us that it is "showing up as certified" and also told us that "it has been certified very recently" and she could not say when. It seems the letter needs to get "edited" and then the online system gets updated and the...

the lady at PBEC also said that it has not yet been mailed out and maybe it will get mailed out by the end of the month. i will take ur advice though... thanks

My employer just called philadelphia backlog center and the lady who answered the phone (Inez) just let him know that my case has been certified. I checked online and it still shows "in process". I am not sure if i should beleive my eyes or ears? Anybody out there who can advise?
