how long does it take for status to be updated when RFE is received? The response to our RFEs was received by the NSC yesterday (company sent it by overnight mail so someone signed for it).

I don't think u need to notify anyone.....AP is a way for u to re-enter if you leave the country while in AOS.......if u cancel ur plans, there is no need to use AP...it will just expire whenever on it's expiration date.....until u hreach that expiration date, u still have the option to leave...

my status was not updated as of 9pm last night......when i checked at 8.30am this morning, I saw an updated status that the RFE was mailed yesterday........so in my case unless someone updated it prior to 8.30am, it seemed to be an overnight thing....
