Anyone knows the logic for FP notices after applying for concurrent? I mean, how come some people get FP notices and others dont, even before I-140 is approved?

Hello rrk15 TSC is processing October for I-140s. You I-140 ND is in July. How is it that your I-140 has not been approved? Did you receive any communication from TSC at all? Thanks
