    On the application letter they should put the mailing address, but on the envelope there should be their living address. Maybe you can have a look at the instructions for DV2004 at: http://travel.state.gov/DV2004.html But please be aware that these are not the instructions for DV2005...

    Yes, you can do it that way, but your family member who is applying has to sign the application personally, so as soon as the instructions for DV2005 are public, make sure your family follow the roules, let them use your address on the application form (not on the envelope) and they can send it...

    Your number isn't realy a low number, doing AOS will be a little risky, you better try to do CP if you are able to travel to your home country for the interview. You don't realy need a lawyer, just make sure you give all information they want.

    Notification leter for EU

    Please note that KCC did start sending out the Notification Letters for Europe this week. The first lucky persons got their letter yesterday (Chicago area).
