Quick qs: Is it true that one can apply three months in advance of completing the 5 yr on GC? Have any one of you guys applied 3 months in advance? Also, if you have applied, I would still think that one would get the citizenship AFTER your 5 yrs are complete on GC... anythoughts? Thanks S

Folks, Quick Qs: After getting their GC, do parents have to stay in the US for atleast six months in a year and every year to keep the GC alive?? Is it possible to keep the GC alive by staying in India and visiting US every now and then? Thanks
