Thanks Presiaro1626. I got the same mail after my 2nd EAD and AP approval. I did not change lawyer or company but did change the home around 3-4 months back. Did they send the duplicate copy to you or lawyer?

Ignore the earlier post Thanks but my case is different. Our EAD was approved on 02/24 and AP was approved on 02/23. The LUD on 485 was changed on 02/25 (after the AP approval) and it states "A duplicate notice on this case was mailed on February 25, 2005." It can not be RFE. Right?

Date LC applied The priority date on I140 approval is the date Substitute LC was filed. If it were the day I140 is filed, why they mentioned the other one???

For jhumkasrc You can land in vancouver. It depends on the officer present at that time to allow you file for PR card or tell you to file when u land permanently.

For try4gc It is the date the labor was applied. I confirmed on another forms and also on my I140 approval.
