How long can I visit outside of the US while on H1b? I also am applying for Labor Certification and eventually want to get Adjustment of Status. Will my travels outside the US affect this? Also, how long is too long to be outside the US. Thank you ever so much for a response.

Just wondering why a company wouldn\'t just petition for a Green Card instead of filing for adjustment of status. Whats the difference?
