Hi,
My grand parents (both 80+) have green cards and went to India in May 2006 without applying reentry as they did not intend to stay more than 9-10 months.
Unfortunately, my grand mother was admitted to the hospital due to a heart problem and she might not recover for travel by May 07...
one of my friends got his LC approved about 2 weeks ago. We both have similar skill set and same PD (12/12/01) and RIR. Our 45 day letter was responded in last week of Oct. (dont know when the lawyer received)
i'm hoping for my approval soon. will keep you posted.
USCIS and following words are really contradicting for most of us in this forum:

Answer.....
Process.....
Answer in-person.....
Issue.....
Welcome.....

Naturalize.....
And the last one should really be : "USCIS is relaxing...so work...
Thanks. I have asked couple of people to send the request(both are eligible for 7th yr ext.). One with the PD of Dec 01 and the other of somewhere in 2002.
I'll keep you posted.
I'm 8 months away from my 7th yr extention but I can not resist sending 7th yr request email. A friend of mine is filing 7th yr ext. and has similar PD.
Can anyone pls give me the details (email address, what to send etc) so that he can send a request?
Thanks.

question federal labor
this might sound too basic or even dumb question, but will BRC process both state and federal labor or we are once again in another line for federal labor?

contacting the lawyer
Hi all,
I am one of those silent lurkers. My PD is first week of Dec. 2001. I am from India.
