I filed my I485 on Nov 6, 2001 and the current processing date is Nov 17, 2001 per my lawyer. And on Nov 6, 2002 my RFE was received by INS and the case got resumed. Since the processing time for RFE should be less than 160days, I'd like to ask the lawyer to send inquiry to INS for updates, but...
