That depends. They should deny your I131. But they can approval it too. For my case, they approved my I131 after I485 approval. Either way, you wouldn't get your money back.

You can expect an approval next week, depending on which officer issued you a RFE. My I-485 REF response was received by TSC on 1/22/04. The case was approved 1 week later (1/28/04). The on-line status has been updated today.
