H4 extension approved after EAD use
Hi, My wife has got her H4 extension approval (which was filed before EAD) after she got her EAD. She used the EAD but is not working now. So my question is what status she is in now? Can she get her H4 revalidated in US and will it be valid? Here is order in which things happened. 1...- ravinderk

Can EAD and AD be filled after I file for I-485
My LC got approved recently. I am filing I-140 and I-485 concurrently. The lawyer has asked me if I need to file EAD and AP. Since there is additional fee for lawyer if I file through him and at this stage I don't need it too, I wanted to file it on my own at a later date. 1. Is it possible...- ravinderk
