If you do not have a valid US visa or a physical green card (not just stamped on the passport) you NEED a airside transit visa. Also if you are switching airports then you need a visit visa and not an airside transit visa.

Our renewal AP was filed on 02/12/03 and was approved on 04/07/2003. I do not have the receipt numbers. Our renewal EAD was filed on 03/27/2003. Waiting approval. hemeshd, When did you file your EAD?

Can you check if these cases were with RFE or not. It will give us an idea if BCIS is picking up new cases or not.
