crime
As stated earlier ..the crime was grand larceny..I was put on three years parole but only served a little over one due to good conduct. i plead restitution ( paid all that was stolen). This is a felony. Can I be deported by the INS ? Do i keep my appointment for the interview?. I declare this on...- jaichand3

Seeking Citizenship with arrest record
Convicted of a crim in 1997 and servrd 3years on parole.....Only servrd one year .Applied for citizenship . Will this be a problem? Can I be deported when i go in for my interview> please advise jpl- jaichand3

Issue with arrest record
Dear Mr Khanna, I was convicted of a crime.in 1997....theft and served three years on parole. Parole ended 11/2 years early. I have applied for citizenship and have to attend interview in another week. Will this be a problem/...or will INS deport me. Please advise. JPL- jaichand3
