    H1 to EAD back to 7 year H1

    My six year H1 expired in June 2003 and since then I am working on EAD with 485 applied in May 2002 and pending approval. Can I apply for the 7th year H1 extension Now as I need to go back and get married and get my wife here on H4 and apply for her GC. Please advice.
