Dear friends, My I-485 is pending since more than 6 months. I-140 was approved in 2006 using a substituted labor. Is there any risk if I change employer/job with a similar one using AC21. What will happen if my employer revokes I-140? My PD is Nov/2002. thanks in advance, ajeetp

It is about 4 weeks now, but I have not received the screen shot for my 8th year extension. My PD is August 2003, filed from state of Massachusetts (EB3 traditional). It was not moved to Federal labor yet, but moved to BEC. Anyone has similar experience?

Dear Gurus, My EB3 Labor was filed in August 2003 in Massachusetts. I got my 7th year H1 extension based on labor being pending for more than a year. If the labor is approved and I-140 is not pending for more than a year, can I further extend the H1. Thanks in advance.
