I have "FP pending review" message. I did my FP in May 2002. Not sure if it's gonna change to other message before approval. ND: 1/2002 FP: 5/2003 AD: ???

Will this be a problem if the wife applies I-485 while attending school with assistantship in F1 status? How about the gap between I-485/AP/EAD submission and EAD approval? Thanks for any feedbacks!

A few people, including myself, have reported this in the last several weeks. Someone says it's just one step behind ... case resumed. My guess is INS has received the FP results but hasnot got chance to look at it. Just be patient for a while!
