Just got the welcome notice .case stuck in name check since 2004. labor filed 2002 oct. Thank God and everyone. I had lost all hopes.

EB2 : Filed 0ct 2002 I-140 and I-485 filed together (March 2004) I-140 approved in March 05 I-485 pending . RFE : Oct 2006 for employement verification Stuck in name check Dont know what will happen. 4 EAD and 3 AP

I was playing with my LIN no on USCIS and found out that there is case with LIN no after my case ,which was received on march 8th 2004 has been approved today.My case is also on rd march 2004-but is not approved yet. I thought this information may be useful.I donot know if this person is Eb2 0r EB3
