Another LC approval from MA PD - 11/25/2002 RD Boston DOL - 11/02/2005 Approval - 04/07/2005 Category - EB3 - Non RIR

Looks like we are all getting different responses I called DOL on tuesday and the lady i spoke to said that they were processing Sept end and Oct beginning Non-RIR for MA. My case was entered on Nov 2nd 2004 and she said it would take 2 more months easily.

DOL Boston Still processing OCT cases I called the number and she said they are still processing Oct 2004 cases. My case moved from MA SWA on Oct 1st 2004 and got entered in the DOL on Nov 2 2004. My PD is Nov 25 2002.
