sorry, I don't know what all those means. what I know: my labor started in 2001 around july. it was approved July 2003. then 140/485 was submitted in October 2003. ( 17th, i think) the web site says that the finger print result was recieved in May 2004. hth.

I file i-140/485 about one month ago. so far my lawyer didn't five any feed back yet. should I be getting a receipt number or something? how do i know that my case was indeed filed? thanks for your help.

just heard from my lawyer. the turnaround time from sending back response for NOF to approve is about 3 weeks. surprisingly fast . now, can anyone tell me what I need to prepare for the follow steps. and if you can, what are they? anything i need to prepare ahead? good luck and thanks...
