RIR labor cert in CA
I am on H1B visa and 6 yrs is getting over next month. My labor cert was filed in June 2001 in CA and moved to DOL in Jan 2002. My employer has filed 7th year extension of H1B recently and yet to get approval on that. Last week, I got a RFE from SWA on my labor cert. SWA has given 3 choices...
