:confused: Dear gurus, Currently I have a pending AOS based an I140 (EB2-NIW) approval. I recently got another I140 (EB1-OR) approved. Is it possible for me to file CP on the newly approved I140 without affecting the pending AOS? Any information is appreciated. Many thanks.
