I had applied for H1B visa in early part of 1999 which got rejected as I was not able to produce my actual degree.
There is no reject stamping on the Passport though.
The application was done via the US consulate in Chennai.
I am contemplating applying for the H1 again this time - however...
I belong to India and right now I am an F1 student. My H1 visa is being processed right now.
Does anyone have an idea whether I can get my H1 stamped in Mexico/Canada Consultes.. or does one have to go back to Home Country.
Thanks
