So my next question is, would the baby also get a separate physical green card with his/her photo on it ? How many days does it take for the baby to get a Green Card in that case ? The reason I am asking is I might be required to come back to India after 3 months stay in the US. Thanks

Hi Dealboy, I guess she is fine. You can send her the Advance parole papers and she can enter the country based upon her AP since you say her H4 has expired. It does not matter if the AP was pending when she left. Hope this helps.
