    Any new AP approvals from NSC?

    Seth_Chamaklal you are in much better position. I applied for AP renewal in Jan (RD 1/7/03). No action so far. My first AP was approved in 6 weeks. I am just hoping that it would see day of light before my I-485 approval.

    Advance Parole -- 350 to 380 days

    How long does it take for AP

    My RD for AP renewal is 7 Jan,2003. I am still awaiting my approval. I have a feeling that if AP is filed alongwith I-485 application (i.e first time) its getting approved faster. Renewals are taking 5-6 months. This is really frustrating :mad: :mad: :mad:

    This is really strange and confusing.....While NSC has been claiming that they are processing AP cases filed in Feb,03. Today my online message for AP processing time changed from 295 - 320 days to 320-355 days. MAY GOD SAVE US FROM THESE BLUFF MASTERS !!!!!!!
