Filed my 2 EAD on May 20th and 2 AP on July 21 st, received only the receipts of EAD. No receipts number for AP and no approvals for both yet. It really taking very long.

Folks mine is SRC-242XXXXX and my ND is Aug 10 2000. I got my FP done in Oct 26 2001. Keep us all updated.

That is not a policy, sounds like an excuse. !! I guess you have the right to have your case #, they should just fax it to you right away. I had never heard if such policy before.

My H1 is still valid so I am not worried about EAD. My EAD will expire in Sept/Oct I guess.

Why worry about TSC/CSC ? Do consular processing Hey man, given a choice with the present situation I will do a consular processing if I where you. Don\'t worry about getting it done here. In terms of your address give the one which you think is more stable or permanant. Hope this helps.
