Not able to proceed with I-485 because of salary differences
I have heard that if the current salary is within 95% of the salary stated on the LC then it should be "Ok". Can anyone please point me to INS regulations or other sources with more information on this? BTW, my employer is not willing to commit to increasing my salary to match the amount on...- yl888
