The company B wants me to work for them on contract and not permanently so no question of employment letter from them so if i work with Company B on W-2 and if at all there is an RFE for employment letter and if i submit the letter from Company A will there be any problem or would Ins accept...- new_on_board

But what if company B is not willing to subcontract.They have asked me to work on W-2, so still would it be ok if there is an RFE and i submit letter from company A while still working on W-2 for company B. thanks- new_on_board
