Hi, is the Boston office still doing interim EAD's in cases where the original EAD application is pending for more than 90 days? My ND for EAD was Nov. 2004 2003 and I have the receipt from INS but no approval as yet. My H1B runs out on May 31 2004. Any advice helpful. Thanks, smk123
