Wrong Lastname on H1-B extention
Hi, I have recieved H1-B extention approval notice from INS but the family name /last name "Menon" is wrongly spelled as "Memon". Actually even on the Receipt Notice it was wrong but unfortunately I never noticed.My company is saying its not a problem for revalidating the Visa.Can anyone...- sanmenon
