I-94 expired + H1 extension
It is happened that my I-797 is still valid (expires on November 2003), but latest I-94 expired more then 180 days ago. I-94 was stamped incorrectly by my visa, not my I-797. Can I still apply for extension of status in this situation? I've heared about a case when EOS was granted in similar...- qwe21241
