I also filed my 140/485 in february 2003 and got receipt numbers for both. But BCIS online case status says my 140 receipt number not found from the very beginning. My company even sent a mail more than a month ago to BCIS to find the status of my case. No reply from them. seshar

i-140 status info missing I am facing the same problem. My employer called BCIS last week and they said they will update it but never did. Will call them again next week.

MD is 02/07/03. Haven't recieved notices yet. I am not sure about the checks whether they are cashed or not. The company issued all the checks. We are all in the same boat. Probably they may be clearing up the backlogs.
