I am filling the form I-129 for H1B extension. 1. On Part 3, Which A# I shall put in? The # used for the last H1B or the A# I got for my EAD? 2.. On Part 5, one item said "Nontechnical description of Job". What shall I fill in?

I submutted I140 and I485 together last Nov. I got I140 approved recently. Do I need to send back INS the approval notice so that they know it and continue with my I485? Or did they transer this result automaticaly within their dept (Like RIR state and Federal level)? Thanks for your advice.
