Gave last & first name when asked.

Per USCIS site, my case is approved. I have not received email (I dont know whether its an anomoly ??).
They have taken only 3 days to approve after receiving RFE. I dont know whether this is normal behavior. I will update the spreadsheet after receiving the approval mail.

Finally...finally....finally.........approval
After a long wait, I am finally able to say - "I am approved".
At 6 p.m., USCIS site said both our (spouse and me) cases are approved; got approval e-mail around 8.30 p.m. I still cannot believe my eyes.

Atlast, per the email from USCIS, an RFE has been generated on my case - both for me and my spouse. I hope I can get it done with and get approval soon. I will keep you posted once I know more details.

Its very frustrating. I can't believe that every new approval is for Jan/Feb 2003 cases. May be I should have opted for consular processing way back in Sep 02. My freaking company didn't allow me to do it - becos may be they thought I will leave...
