I did not do an early FP and my lawyer received the appoval in mail and the online message was updated too.

My 2nd FP was on Jan 13, 2004. Hope that helps

Hi Everyone, I am positng this on behalf of a friend whose I-140 was transfered to local office. THe reason seems to be that they are doubting the employers ability to support my friends salary. Her lawyer seems to think this is a bad sign and that there case shall be rejected at this stage...
