I do not remember my RD my eac number is EAC02045xxxxx My RFE was for last 3 paystuff and employment latter and my wife RFE was for photo copy of I-94 and !-797 and H4 visa stamp. I am new to this board. I do not know all the terms but i filled my 484 in some time oct 2001.- njgreencard1
