Hi BayofB, Congratulations Man. I know you have waited and struggled a lot since your I-140 was approved for CP. You deserve it after all this wait and anxiety, Now Enjoy. Even My 140 is approved for CP and RD is in August. What do you suggest if any thing can be done, Thanks in advance.

Congrats, mmm There are conflicting news about CP cases. Some are approved without delays. Some are pending for months reportedly for getting the file back from consulate. Hope our cases fall into a fast officer like your case.

Congrats, Lucky Guy I think VSC is processing in batches of three months. Now They may be processing Apr/May/June. Next month could be July/August/Sept. Get Excited.

No Title Did you see, They are having greate difficulty crossing into Apr 01 cases. I think they are going very strictly on a date by date basis, For example: Today is Jan 31st, 2002, So they are not approving any case that is after March 31, 2001.

Hello Krishna, I may sound stupid, but How did you know April has 1/3 case load. Do You know What are the case loads for May, June, July. I am asking these because My Rd is in August, Just speculating when will VSC even look at August RD dates. Thanks

Hello Guys, Some one with an RD of 26, June 2001 got approved and already stamped yesterday under CSC. When do we hear such good news. Lets all call VSC and wake them up. Calling may help in resuming sleeping IIO\'s and sleeping cases too.
