My first RFE was received by INS on Oct 30, 2002. The first was for an updated employment letter. Then I got another RFE last week and guess what ... another updated employment letter. Gosh, dunno what to do with these guys? Any with similar experiences?

desi_gc what was the 2nd RFE about Desi_GC, I learnt that I have also been issued a 2nd RFE. The first RFE was for updated employment letter which I submitted in Oct, 2002. Now there is a 2nd RFE .. just wondering what it could be about. Could you tell me what your RFEs were about?:)

When I thought things were coming to a close, I find that a 2nd RFE was issued Feb 03, 2003. Don't know what it's about. Can any one else share 2nd RFE details? Haven't changed employer :mad:

local ins offices are approving I hear that the chicago ins office is approving 485s. No approvals as yet from NSC.:mad:

Spoke with paralegal ... I spoke with a paralegal (big firm in chicago) and he said he spoke with a "live officer" (IIO) at NSC on the 14th of this month. The IIO apparently said that the freeze has been lifted but the paralegal says he is yet to see an approval from NSC post freeze. The...
