I485 Receipt
Hi All, It seems weird that my compnay had sent I485 application (i140 was approved before) more then 6 weeks back and they or I have not received the receipt. Is it normal. Is there anyway to find out at TSC.- bajmera

Concurrent or Non-Concurrent
Experts Please comment on this case. My employer has approved LC (from another employee) and agreed to apply for I140. Do you think I should go for Concurrent flling of I140 and 485 or just file I140 and wait till it gets approved and then file 485. Thanks in advance for help.- bajmera
