please help: check cleared, no receipt over 50 days.
Need 90 days You will receive a letter indicating that you can come and collect your EAD at a given date and time. I have seen it can take upto 90 days for one to receive that letter. It took me 2 months to get that letter from Chicago INS office. I applied in Sept (09/06/2002) and got my...- woodmouse

Can anyone who has applied for GC(family based-Chicago) give any timelines? Mine are as follows : RD - 09/06/2002 EAD - 10/20/2002 Still waiting since then..... Your responses will be most appreciated. Further if a person lost a job and got another job in 15 days considered illegal...- woodmouse
