you should file with vsc and followup with local congressman to expedite the process. Mine took 40 days. good luck

ead denied my ead that i filed in jan was denied i received denial today. we have filed mtr mar 9. my current ead expiring june hoping they reopen case soon does any one know if i have to refile ead and all the fees etc.. This is turning out to be a nightmare
