My h1b stamping experience at chennai
Totally confused reg H1 visas My husband just got his H1-B approval. He has not travelled out of the country in the past 6 years. His paasport still has his old J visa stamped which is expired and his !94 has the letters D/S on it. His new 1- 797 has everything in order incl the new 1-94...- mom2love

Hello, My husband recently got his J-1 visa waivered and successfully obtained his H1-B petition approval. He has all his forms with him--I-797 etc. He has not travelled out of the US in 6 years and his new H1 is not stamped in his passport, as he obtained it whilst he was in the US. Now we...- mom2love
