Jaxen/ Senior Gurus- need your advice – 180 days Rule
Dear seniors, I have H1B visa, expires in August end, due to some reasons I never traveled to US . I heard through my friends that I should travel before 180 days of my Visa expiry(AUG end '03). Is it true. Kindly give advice . Thanks in advance. Bharath- bharath_soft

Expired Passport has H1B Visa, travelling on new passport

My H1B Visa Expires in AUG 2003, now my employer is asking me to come to USA
