All right, I finally gave up and picked up the phone to call NSC. Surprisingly, they said they wouldn't issue an fingerprint appointment for my EAD this time b/c I had one on last Sept (second FP for I485). Does anyone hear anything like this? What should I do?

I efiled EAD two weeks ago and haven't recived the FP notice yet. This is my third EAD, I called in to schedule FP for the first two. It seems the process has changed this year. Does anyone know how long it will take to get the FP notice or I need to call? Thanks a lot.

Harry321, Can you please let me know what kind of documents/evidence your lawer provided? When did you get the RFE and when did your lawer reply back? Is your case filed at TSC as well? I feel better after knowing a similar case has successfully sailed through all these uncertainties.

I filed I485/I140 last year with my wife as my dependant (Employment-based). Both cases are still pending in TSC. Now she got her labor cleared and is about to file her I140/485 (Employment-based). My question is: can she file new 140/485 for both of us while we already have 485 pending in TSC?
