thanks jaxen, in my case the LCA is valid upto Oct, 04 but h1 is expiring in Apr 04. Can we get LCA approval in Nov 03. That is six months from the date of expiry of H1. Thanks.

hi you can come back on old visa and new approval notice. did you check your prevous h1b(i-797) is cancelled/revoked by previous employer, even though no problem. post your experience after coming back. thanks
