    EB2 at NSC from last Dec. still waiting Hi, Guys, I\'m feeling so frustrated...my NIW case was filed 12/05/01. Still no news yet. I have no idea what is going on there? Tried to call NSC, always a busy line. I wonder if NIW often goes the slowest?!

    LC processing speed in Denver, CO

    No Title I moved to Denver, CO last July for my new job. Weather is extremely dry here. It is very cold in winter, snows every 3-5 days. Very windy as well... I do not enjoying living in this mountain area at all. In fact, I have been thinking about a move. Denver is called a Hi Mile City...

    Hi, friends, I talked to the Immigration Officer at NSC just now about my I-140 NIW application. What I was told is that my case is still pending and it will probably take another 35 days for the decision. NIW, self-petition RD: 12/03/2001 ND: 12/06/2001 I think EB2 is definately slower...
