Jaxen Thanks. I am not sure .You mean just contact any BCIS officer at the international airport in my town. Is this true?? I thought I have to go out and re-enter US. Please confirm HAs anybody doen this before??- rvaithee

New H-1 without I-94 help!!!
I was laid off and terminated in Feb 2003. I have an offer from another employer and has received my H-1 papers. But it does not have I-94. Should I go bakc to India and re-enter to get a new I-94. OR I can just fly to Canada and re-enter to get an I-94. I have a valid H-1 stamp from my previous...- rvaithee
