062001PHI, Use your employer philly phone number to retrieve all the cases your company filed. you have to call the same number for AVM Message (215-861-5286) and then press #1 and #2(for phone #). if you don'y ask your company guys what did they give your application. Good Luck!

Updated Excel sheet 062001PHI, You can check the AVM message using your employer phone #, if message says it has received any case from 1st week of April then ask your lawyer or your company about those cases. There is definite possiblity that your case would have reached DOL at this period..

062001PHI, Did you ask your lawyer about the status? Sometimes they don't communicate to you about SESA approval as they did in my case.

Updated mine in the sheet and also added a column for SESA center/applied date.

i just came to know about my case that finally my case was approved. Applied in philly sesa: 06/13/2001 Fordwarded to DOL: 04/07/2003
